All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Certain made-to-order or pre-order styles may take a little longer, and you’ll be notified in such cases.
Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
International: Deliveries may take up to 18 to 20 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders. A minimal fee
may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) if enabled.
If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or is delivered in unsatisfactory condition:
Do not accept the parcel.
Kindly inform our Customer Care Team immediately with your Order ID and an image/video of the package.
We’ll ensure a replacement is issued at no additional cost, subject to verification.
We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), UPI, wallets, and Razorpay through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees). Prices are inclusive of all duties and applicable taxes.
While we try to arrange reverse pickups wherever possible, in select areas this may not be supported by our logistics partners.
