● To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Shipping

● For returns due to change of mind or product exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

● We highly recommend using a trackable courier service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

Unboxing Video Requirement

● As part of our quality assurance, we require customers to record an unboxing video when opening the package.

● This video acts as proof in the case of damaged or missing items. Claims without video evidence may not be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

● If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

○ The unboxing video

○ A description of the issue

● After verification, if the claim is approved, a store credit may be issued. Further documentation may be required to complete the process.

Refund Process

● Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email.

● If the return is approved:

○ A store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s), excluding shipping charges.

○ Store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

○ Credits are non-transferable and can only be used at 92Fine.com.

Exclusions

● Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
